The F23 feeder bus loops between Stadium Metro Station and Al Nahda 1 Terminus, covering residential towers such as Burj Al Noor, Burj Al Nahda, and Mai Tower along with NMC Hospital.

The first bus departs at 5:30 AM and the last bus leaves at 11:30 PM. Timings may differ on Fridays, public holidays, and during Ramadan.
